Cloud Safety Systems was founded by Scott S. Richards, a naval architect, marine engineer and PE, who became a safety professional. He saw people seriously injured from falls while they were wearing the best fall protection and PPE available. He couldn't believe that a harness and leash that have been the standard concept of fall protection for over 70 years was the best we could do in the 21st century! He knew that he could design better fall protection incorporating 21st century technology and that was the start of Cloud Safety Systems. With fall sensors and airbag technology, workers and our aging loved ones now have inflatable protection when they fall. When one of our devices activates to protect you, it sends a test message to up to four cell phones notifying those phones where the device deployed to protect you. We are dedicated to minimizing injuries associated with falls at work, at home and in medical rehabilitation facilities.

All of our devices are fitted with the "Luck Star™" electrical connector that activates our fall detection technology when fastened. When our devices deploy and minimize the injuries that occur, you can thank your "Lucky Star" that you get home safe after a fall.
